Oberdorfer Aluminum Foundry, Syracuse, New York., was established in 1875 and has been in continuous operation since that date. It started as a bronze foundry and began producing aluminum castings in the early 1900’s. During WWII, the company was a major producer of cylinder heads and other vital military items. Over the years, Oberdorfer became specialists in producing complicated castings.

Today, Oberdorfer LLC, supplies a wide variety of customers with highly engineered cast aluminum component parts.

We serve a wide range of markets and industries including: aviation, transportation, utilities, aerospace, military, high-performance automotive and medical systems.

Through the knowledge gained from more than 130 years of aluminum casting experience, we provide the services and resources needed to provide our customers with the quality products they require.
