TRANSFER TOOLING CAPABILITIES
Our engineering department will reduce tool transfer lead times to prevent customers from building inventory at current supplier. We provide integrated project management capabilities that offer timeline charting & advanced product quality planning (APQP) Oberdorfer’s capabilities range from wood tools for our no-bake/air set process to urethane or aluminum tools for our automated molding machines. In all stages of transfer tooling we provide professional service to convert from existing supplier to F/A & PPAP to delivered production castings in as little as 2-4 weeks.
