Sand-Reclaiming system
The system is designed to completely recycle chemically bonded molds and core sands after they are used to make complex castings. Sand reclaim allows 36 tons of reusable sand per day for all of the aluminum foundry’s no-bake and semi-permanent molding processes.
Impregnation System
This newly added environmentally friendly impregnation process uses Anaseal HC 90 thermal cure. The new vacuum process is detergent free and will provide a higher yield of sealed aluminum castings resulting in fewer product problems in the field.
Rock Shell
The Rock Shell process utilizes recycled water to cool castings pumped from cooling towers in a closed loop system. Streamlining nitrogen degas procedures with automatic controllers allows cleaner metal and reduces nitrogen use by 40%. This process design exceeds customer’s expectations by producing a superior casting with no excess waste.
