Value Added Operations

  The Rock Shell process
(highly engineered trademark) kaizen event has increased flexibility & capacity while reducing floor space & labor by using a one piece flow concept of its sand cores. This continuous improvement process has increased its throughput yield from 85% to 97% and reduced non-value activities 30% to allow on time delivery to increase from 91% to 98%.
